On September 15, the reporter learned from China Coal Science and Industry Group that the world's first articulated 100-ton fully mechanized mining complete set of moving equipment independently developed by China Coal Science Taiyuan Research Institute has been successfully applied in Huozhou mining area in Shanxi Province, completing the auxiliary transportation operation of 100-ton super-high fully mechanized mining face equipment, Cone Crusher.

In this auxiliary operation, the set of equipment completely solved the problem of efficient, safe and fast handling of super high mining equipment, marking that the coal mine super heavy trackless auxiliary equipment has entered the fast track of development.

The reporter learned that the articulated 100-ton moving equipment includes WCJ100Y bracket truck and WCJ100E shovel plate truck. Among them, the WCJ100Y support truck is mainly used for the handling of hydraulic support on the working face, while the WCJ100E shovel type truck is mainly used for the transportation and underground disassembly of shearer, conveyor, transloader and other equipment in addition to the hydraulic support.

The relevant person in charge of China Coal Science Taiyuan Research Institute said that the complete set of equipment embodies a number of advanced technological achievements of China Coal Science Taiyuan Research Institute. The research team has overcome 300 kW high-power explosion-proof electronic control diesel engine and its clean combustion technology; The balanced bearing structure of multi-point flexible hinged chassis with large load on unstructured pavement is invented. Innovative research and development of large-tonnage heavy-duty vehicle flexible braking technology; The comprehensive sensing and auxiliary driving system for heavy equipment in complex underground environment has been developed. The research team also solved the problem of heavy-duty operation of large-tonnage coal mine transportation equipment under narrow space, high temperature and humidity, long distance and large slope conditions, which made a breakthrough for the development of safe, efficient, clean and intelligent transportation in China's coal mines.

According to reports, the complete set of fully mechanized mining moving equipment only 7 days to complete the hydraulic support, shearer, central trough and other total weight of nearly 10,000 tons of fully mechanized mining equipment installation work, the cumulative mileage of more than 1500 kilometers, moving efficiency increased by more than 50%.
